Meals Day 19 - 9/06/13 Breakfast: Omelette, sausage, sweet potato mash Lunch: Chopped steak salad with avocado, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes Dinner: Salmon, asparagus, mushrooms, puréed peas Snack: This big ass bouquet of fruit!
